VOJO helps you customize trips and hikes, discover offers and services along your course, see and chat with friends, experts, and other travelers that are hiking the same route as you, and contact with our real assistant Barry when you needed through our chat.

In VOJO you will find the main routes of the Way in Spain and Portugal, and other less known as the Catalan Camino (Sant Jaume), Madrid or Levante. If you are still looking for new journeys to go on, keep the application updated as we periodically add routes so you never get tired of traveling and walking. CUSTOMIZED ROUTES

The Camino de Santiago is in itself an experience, but VOJO is the experience you’re looking for, since you have all the information of the different hikes and alternative routes. You choose the stages you want to complete, and whether it be a long lasting trip or a short weekend adventure, VOJO can help you organize it your way. Once you’ve created your route you can save it with the map and use the offline GPS navigation, allowing you to continue seeing all the information without cell service.

SERVICES AND OFFERS

While you’re hiking, VOJO offers you all sorts of services needed to help you find amenities such as where to eat and sleep, the best places to shop and visit, and more. The app also allows you to see the opinions and photographs of these locations shared by other travelers! Some of the places often have great deals you can gain access to simply by clicking “I’m here” on the app. You can also add local sights of interest to your route, which will show on the map as “Stop,” and will be available even if you don’t have connection.

FRIENDS, EXPERTS, AND TRAVELERS

You can make your profile either public or private. If you choose to make it visible, you can see where your fellow traveling mates are at any moment.. You’ll also see experts and other travelers who are taking the same route as you. Contact them through personal messages, where you can send photos and even your current location (if you have internet connection).

GEO-TAGGED MESSAGES

Have you found a spectacular site? Do you want to leave a comment in that exact spot? People will receive your geo-tagged messages when they pass that point. You can choose whether you want the messages to be private for someone in particular or public for the world to enjoy.

TRACKING AND STATISTICS

While you hike, the “Tracker” will inform you how many Km and how much time remains until you arrive at your destination, as well as other information of interest. In the map you’ll see that the route fills in with color as you complete it. At the end of the stage, everything will be save in your profile and you can share your stats.

LEAVE MARKS ON YOUR JOURNEY!

At each step you will discover wonderful places that you'll want to share with your friends; do it by leaving behind your trace! You can add photos and text to be added to your Vojo and Facebook profiles.

TRAVELER’S PROFILE

All the details of your trips will be kept in your profile: custom routes, statistics, photos of the places you've been, new friends... The more trips that you make the more data will be added to your profile, until you become an expert traveler.
